Managerial Training
1 no of workshop for imparting training to officials, master weavers, secretaries of S.H.G./ cooperative societies will be organized in order to facilitate know how of organizational working, latest trends in weaving, marketing, motivation etc. A sum of Rs 0.25 Lac has been sanctioned for the same.
Outcome (2010-11)
Managerial training was successfully imparted at Rampur Distt. Shimla from 24th Mar 2011 to 26th Mar 2011. H.P. State Co-operative Development Federation (HIMCOFED), Shimla was hired as a resource agency for this training programme. 24 beneficiaries participated in the managerial training program.
